A Spring Lea Fisher tip – use hard pellets or corn when fishing at this pool! In the summer months, you’ll also find a lot of the fish here feeding tight on the margins.

Please note that fishery pellets and landing nets must be used at this fishing pool. Please bring a landing net handle with you when visiting.

What our visitors say

“We have just come back from an outstanding weekend at the Spring Lea, we stayed 2 nights in The Retreat caravan holiday homes. We received a really warm welcome and were very well looked after by Steve and Tina. Our own little private oasis – we have re booked for the end of the month to enjoy it all over again!”

Debbie

A beautiful area. My husband enjoys fishing and I love to draw or paint. The pools have been improved and also a new office and cafe. Stunning views.
