Terms & Conditions

Please read below for our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions cover all persons on Spring Lea Fishery and Holiday Park. If you need any further information, or clarification on the below terms, please contact us.

Dogs

We permit dogs on the Spring Lea site. The surrounding area at Spring Lea is fantastic for dogs, with many walks leading directly from the park to dog-friendly pubs. We do, however, require dog owners to read the below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park:

  • We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the season.
  • Dogs stay at our discretion.
  • We do not accept any dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act. No Bull breeds, mastiff or Rottweilers.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the park.
  • Dogs must only be exercised in the designated dog walking area. Please do not let your dog roam freely and do not exercise them on empty pitches, or anywhere other than the designated area. Dogs are permitted around the fishing lakes No dog walking around the lake if a match is in progress.
  • You must clear up after your dog and use the dog bins provided. Please do not let your dog foul by other customer’s pitches.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Please do not leave dogs in cars, caravans, tourers or awnings at any time on their own.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, so as not to disturb the peace for other customers.
  • Please be considerate and understand that, although you love your dog, not everybody on our park will, please keep them under control at all times.
  • Spring Lea Fishery and its employees accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused. Any person in breach of the conditions or park rules, may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to other guests at the park may, at the discretion of the management, be asked to leave. No refund will be given.

    The decision of Spring Lea Managers on all the above will be final.

    Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times, especially when using the park’s facilities.

    Play Area – Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please refrain from allowing your children to use the play area after 8.30pm in the Summer and 4pm in the winter months.

    In the interest of safety, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be ridden on the park if used in a safe manner. Please do not ride bicycles around the busy areas of the reception/Lakeside Café, touring block or fishing lakes.

    Ball games must not be played in the vicinity of any accommodation.

    The speed limit when driving into, and around the park, is strictly 5 mph for all vehicles, including bicycles.
