Opening in Summer 2022, Spring Lea Fishery and Holiday Park is a brand-new development that will be set alongside the breath-taking views of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Perfect for keen anglers, our peaceful retreat is home to one of the best fisheries in Shropshire, comprising of five coarse and carp fishing pools nestled within stunning surroundings. With just 26 holiday home pitches available, Spring Lea is the perfect holiday home park for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The development will be finished to the absolute highest standard, and the caravans chosen to be at the park are no less superb too. There’s a perfect holiday home for every family, with our 26 pitches comprising of a mix of new for 2022 caravans and pre-owned models starting from £29,995. Each pitch includes 2 complimentary seasonal fishery passes (normally charged at £10 per day).

A stunning retreat

All areas of Spring Lea benefit from 360-degree views of beautiful scenery, with the fishing lakes nestled within rejuvenating trees and foliage. You don’t have to be an angler to enjoy the park’s raw beauty; its calming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to sit back and watch the world go by and dogs are welcome too. The park’s Lakeside Café is another spot for relaxation, which holiday home owners receive a 10% discount for, as well as our on-site tackle and bait shop. Spring Lea has received heavy investment, ensuring the park has been developed to the highest standard and includes; tarmacked roads, piped gas, electric vehicle charging points and landscaping. The park managers also live on site, ensuring the development is maintained all year round.

Slightly further afield, the bustling town of Shrewsbury is just a 15 minute drive from Spring Lea. Shrewsbury is packed with independent restaurants, shops and cafes nestled into winding alleyways set within atmospheric Tudor buildings.
