There’s a perfect Holiday Home for everyone, with our 40 pitches comprising of a mix of new for 2023 caravans and pre-owned models starting from £27,995. Each pitch includes 2 complimentary seasonal fishery passes (normally charged at £10 per day).

The park’s Lakeside Café is another spot for relaxation, which holiday home owners receive a 10% discount for, as well as our on-site tackle and bait shop. Spring Lea has received heavy investment, ensuring the park is being developed to the highest standard. The park managers also live on site, ensuring the development is maintained all year round.

Slightly further afield, the bustling town of Shrewsbury is just a 15 minute drive from Spring Lea. Shrewsbury is packed with independent restaurants, shops and cafes nestled into winding alleyways set within atmospheric Tudor buildings.
