The park is for Owner Occupiers only – no sub letting is permitted.

We have a holiday park licence and therefore the lodge or caravan can not be used as your primary residence.

Electricity
All units have their own meter and owners will be invoiced annually according to their usage.

Piped gas
All units have piped gas and have their own meter. All owners are invoiced annually according to their usage.
